Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills? If so, our client a growing, local employer is looking to recruit a Customer Care Executive.
Your role will be to provide excellent levels of customer service over the telephone whilst responding to inbound calls and sales enquiries. You’ll also be making proactive outbound calls to existing customers to ensure they are happy with the service they have received.
To succeed in this position you will require either previous telephone based customer service or sales experience, ideally from within a call centre environment. You will possess excellent communication skills along with a confident telephone manner and have a positive outlook. You will have a warm approach, empathy and first class rapport building skills.
