Our client, a forward thinking and innovative employer, is looking to recruit an experienced Tail Lift Engineer.
Your role will involve maintaining tail lifts, shutters and moving decks, including diagnostics. You will be operating all Vehicle Tail Lifts and completing and submitting all related administration. You will have a full clean driving licence as you will be required to travel to and complete any service/ call out visits. You’ll also attend internal and external training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills required for the role.
You will understand the principles of electronic lift control systems, manufacturer technology, diagnose faults and how to carry out effective repairs. You will also be able to read and understand electronic, electrical and mechanical diagrams.
To be successful in this role you will be of smart appearance, have strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbally. Ideally, you will hold a LOLER and weight test certification of tail lift and moving decks.
