Thank you to everybody who came to our ‘How to Build Strong Teams’ Seminar in conjunction with Rosie Garwood of Reflection Consulting where we discussed simple steps to improve team working and productivity in the workplace.

The morning seminar included the opportunity to network with other local businesses, win a bottle of Vanilla flavoured liqueur as well learning about team building and how to manage difficult people.

Vanilla host free seminars on a quarterly basis covering various business subjects, the next topic will be Business Goal Setting on Wednesday 27th January 2010 with Alastair Campbell from The Ideal Marketing Company.

Temp of the Month is awarded for outstanding performance within the individual’s role, including excellent reliability, punctuality, standards of work and for going the extra mile within the temporary contract.
