An experienced HR Advisor is required for a public sector organisation based in South Leicestershire to join their team working on organisation transformation and re-structure programmes.  You must have a thorough understanding of redundancy, re-deployment and appeals processes together with generalist HR experience from within the public sector.   You will also be involved in other HR projects and join a visual HR team within a Unionised environment.  The role is based around a 22.5 hour week, ideally over three days but this could be flexible.
