The purpose of this role is to manage the on time processing of customer orders and schedules. You will also manage and maintain effective customer service, reliable feedback, professional handling of complaints and putting necessary resolves into action.
Other duties will include raising of all necessary documentation including order acknowledgements and pro-forma’s, amending orders/ schedules when necessary and to contribute and assist to the input that the Internal Sales Team makes to the company as a whole.
The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and will have good attention to detail. This position requires a positive and self motivated individual with a proven track record working in a customer service environment within a team.
Good keyboard skills are essential as well as communication skills.
