Your role will be accepting orders received via email and telephone within a busy office. You will be responsible for the processing of sales orders and completing the sales administration. You’ll be liaising with key departments across the business, working efficiently as part of the sales admin team and generating new ideas and initiatives.
To succeed in this role you’ll possess strong customer service skills and have a customer focused attitude with good order management experience. You will be confident working in a fast paced environment, have a professional telephone manner and exceptional planning and organisational skills. You’ll be competent in Microsoft Excel and have 3-5 years of business to business experience and be used to sales targets.
