Welcome to the Christmas 2011 edition of the Vanilla Magazine!
In this Christmas edition of the magazine we are going to be catching up on some important news from the world of recruitment and business, with a few seasonal bits thrown in just for fun! Our top tips this month are all about Successful Networking (see page 6). Our employee focus this month on page 12 is a Q&A session with Empingham Ltd, the resolution and negotiation experts. We also have some fantastic expert advice on page 8 from Rosie Garwood and also on page 10 from Ruth Johnson, plus so (ho,ho,ho) much more!
Welcome to the Summer 2011 edition of the Vanilla Magazine!
In this Summer edition of the magazine we are going to be looking at investments. Whether you’re investing for work, wealth or wellbeing, we have something for you in this seasons issue. If you’re looking for some financial guidance then we have an article from award winning investment experts Willow Financial Management (see page 8). Our employee focus this month on page 12 is a Q&A session with ICON, the web-based information management experts. We also have a great handy HR article on page 10 from Rosie Garwood highlighting the importance of teamwork and investing in your workmates or employees.
Welcome to the Spring 2011 edition of the Vanilla Magazine!
The Spring edition is all about growth – with fresh green leaves returning to the once bare trees and the spring flowers appearing in abundance. Our employment survey (see page 10) certainly shows that growth seems to be returning to the local economy more strongly than the national picture. One company that is certainly helping the situation is Amy’s Kitchen, whose new UK head office we have been closely involved in recruiting for – they are profiled on page 14. There is also an article about how to achieve business growth with the right type of marketing (see page 08).
Welcome to the Winter 2011 edition of the Vanilla Magazine!
The first edition of the Vanilla Magazine. In this edition we have ‘Expert Advice’ regarding law and order from Ruth Johnson at Black and White HR, news of Vanilla’s new Industrial and Technical divison run by Paul Turner, ‘Employer Focus’ looking at Infosystems IT based near Market Harborough and the usual ‘Top Temps’, ‘Star Candidates’, ‘Vanilla’s Notice Board’ and ‘Vanilla Lights’.
