    We’re looking for an inventive and innovative Senior Creative Artworker / Designer to join a leading marketing services company, known for producing exceptional work which enables their clients to communicate effectively with consumers through eyecatching and engaging digital innovations.

    As a leader in their industry, this forward-thinking business has built strong ongoing relationships with a wide range of international brands. The successful applicant will be an insightful creative professional with an artwork / design career background who can skilfully interpret creative concepts and develop them to professional artwork for final output.

    Based at a state-of-the art high-tech hub, you’ll work as part of a talented Graphic Design team. The role will be pivotal in successfully securing and developing ongoing client relationships and brand strategies, so candidates must demonstrate an outstanding flair for design, alongside excellent pitching and presentation skills.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Developing professional artwork for campaigns, brand launches, advertising concepts, events, printed material, social media and interior design;
    • Providing creative support on a range of key accounts;
    • Interpreting creative concepts and developing them further to a high, presentable standard with consideration for the final output;
    • Developing brand awareness and maintaining consistency across all projects;
    • Where required, meeting and liaising directly with clients or suppliers to achieve best results in the most cost-effective way;
    • Seeking to challenge and achieve best practice, striving for innovation in all aspects of the role;
    • Contributing and performing as an effective and collaborative member of the design team;
    • Confidently pitching and presenting at stakeholder level;
    • Confidently understanding the skill sets within the internal production and creative teams;
    • Identifying opportunities for the update and development of systems and business methods;
    • Continuously keeping informed of emerging trends and market conditions.

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive experience of carrying out a design or artwork-focused role within a creative agency environment;
    • Shows expertise in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly InDesign and Photoshop;
    • Inquisitive, passionate and clearly inspired by the world of design;
    • Demonstrates expert knowledge in the management and production of design for print and other related media;
    • Able to provide examples of having successfully delivered a range of previous creative work which generated excellent client feedback;
    • Strong layout skills with an eye for detail;
    • Excellent pitching and presentation skills;
    • Works efficiently in a fast paced environment;
    • Strong commercial credentials and an appreciation of how to help clients bring their brands to market;
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365;
    • Excellent organisational skills, including a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
    • Approaches tasks with curiousity, always looking for opportunities to innovate and to improve;
    • Appreciates the value and importance of working collaboratively with teams across the business;
    • Able to adapt to a fast-moving business environment, with a positive approach to change;
    • Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skill set;
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm and tenacity;
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and when putting together written correspondence, reports and presentations.

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday
    • 37.5 hours a week 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
