Are you an in-house recruiter looking for your next role?

It’s exciting for us when we get to recruit recruitment people for our client’s in-house teams. And we currently have two fabulous in-house recruitment roles on our books.

It might all sound a bit odd that we would recruit for in-house recruitment roles, but it is common for us to work with a company and their in-house recruitment team. Quite often there are roles that are outside of their normal recruitment criteria, they are very busy and need some support, or there are roles that we always work with them on because of our candidate contacts.

We have some great relationships with in-house recruitment managers, so it’s a pleasure to work with them when they need to add to their team.

The two roles we are working with at the moment are mid-range jobs based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, but they are for very different clients.

In-house recruitment advisor:

Our first role is with a great company with its HQ in Market Harborough, as well as other offices worldwide. They are a market leader in their industry and are going from strength to strength.

The in-house recruiter they are looking for needs to have a solid in-house recruitment background within an engineering or technically focussed business.

The job itself covers everything you’d imagine to support the business with its candidate recruitment. It’s a true end to end role with a lot of accountability and autonomy.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with a salary of circa £30,000.

Our second role is more channelled in terms of the type of recruitment you’d be doing, but more open in terms of the experience and background you need to have.

The client is an award-winning business, and again, are market leaders within their industry.

They are looking for a highly motivated and driven person who wants to work hard and hit targets. They are open to any type of recruitment background; in-house or agency, as long as you have a solid understanding of the business and candidate recruitment journey.

This is again a role with a lot of accountability and autonomy.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary bracket of £25k - £35k based on experience.

Great opportunities

Both of these roles are great opportunities. If you are not familiar with Market Harborough, it is a pretty market town with good rail and bus links. Commuting to either of these roles could be easily done from anywhere within South Leicestershire or North Northamptonshire.

If you’re looking for a role closer to home, a step up, or you’re just after a change, please do get in touch with us.
