    We’re proud to be recruiting for an administrator on a 8-month fixed term contract for an internationally recognised arts charity based in Leicester.

    This is an important role where you will be supporting the smooth running of the company operations in conjunction with the Company Administrator.

    Due to urgent business requirements, applicants must be available immediately or within a week’s notice.


    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Records management, including company databases
    • Administration support for projects and events
    • Helping to manage the company’s building, office and studio
    • Booking travel and accommodation
    • Checking in visitors
    • Scheduling venue times
    • Answering the phones and making follow up calls for updates
    • Updating social media
    • Any other event/project administration support


    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous administration experience
    • Worked within a small team
    • An interest in social media
    • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Confident communicator
    • Ability to problem solve


    Hours of work

    • Monday to Friday
    • 37.5 hours a week 9.30 am – 5.30 pm


    Salary and benefits:

    • £18,000 pro-rata
