    On behalf of a fast-growing specialist supplier to the health and beauty industry, we’re looking for a talented and commercially-focused digital marketing professional with proven experience in working across a variety channels and developing marketing plans to support both existing and new areas of focus.

    This is a brand new and exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to make a key contribution to the successful delivery of the company’s ambitious expansion plans. As a rapidly developing business, they are renowned for their innovative product range and have a strong professional customer base both in the UK and overseas.

    Working as part of the marketing team, you will make an essential contribution to the delivery of the next stage of growth as a market leader.


    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Working with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop plans for Distributors, Education and Overseas channels, hitting revenue and new business targets in line with the business plan
    • Developing and launching innovative collateral/selling kits/POS to enhance Company and product awareness and increase revenue/profit
    • Designing and lead the execution of an Annual Sales & Marketing Plan targeting key customer groups
    • Owning and driving B2B eCommerce sales and marketing performance through digital channels and Sales teams and external partners, setting targets and with regular reviews to ensure in line with budget
    • Developing the Colleges and Education channel and maximising revenue
    • Working with the wider marketing team to develop an Academy launch plan
    • Ensuring all channel activities are on brand and in line with strategy
    • Supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing in designing and implementing a B2B comms strategy for your channels
    • Regular measurement and reporting on performance
    • Tracking and reporting of channel competitor activity.


    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive previous experience in a similar channel marketing role, within a product-focused business, ideally within the health, beauty or wellness sectors
    • Possession of a Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional marketing qualification is highly desirable
    • A proven track record in marketing activation demonstrating significant B2B revenue/profit growth
    • Innovative business thinker with a customer-centric perspective, able to represent the Company’s brand, business and products
    • Ability to design and execute a sales and marketing annual plan
    • Proven track record of building, developing and managing a team
    • Natural influencer and self-starter with a high sense of ownership
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong numeracy skills with a sound understanding of margins and measurement conversions
    • Effective organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
    • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
    • Full driving licence and own transport.


    Hours of work:

    • 09:00am-17:00pm – 37.5 hours per week


    Salary and benefits:

    • £30,000 – £35,000
