    We’re looking for a Creative Project Management expert with real vision and initiative to join a full service marketing and advertising company, known for working with high street brands to communicate effectively with consumers through a wide range of eye-catching and engaging advertising campaigns.
    The successful applicant will coordinate and lead a of range client projects, overseeing many different elements of campaign activity – including TV, print, social and digital, film and animation, photoshoots, photographers and make-up artists.

The role will be pivotal in successfully helping clients bring their brands to market, so candidates must demonstrate outstanding organisational and communication skills.


    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing creative jobs through the entire process from an internal company perspective.
    • Working with the Account Management function to review briefs as they come in and allocate the right resources at the right time to delivery of projects.
    • Working closely with Digital Project Management and Artwork to ensure a seamless flow of work when multiple skill-sets are required to completion of jobs.
    • In collaboration with internal teams, prepare and complete all project documentation, e.g. Scope of Work, costs and timing plans.
    • Effectively project manage all stages, cost and quality of projects in order to meet all deadlines and manage post-launch support.
    • Build great relationships internally – creatives, designers, account management and being the day-to-day point of contact and keeping them up to date with the status of all their work.
    • Provide early identification of any upcoming challenges for the delivery of work.
    • Liaise with production partners to source and deliver aspects of production that cannot be delivered in-house. Negotiate and agree on scopes of work, costs and billings.
    • Manage procurement from production partners e.g. film production, print, image libraries, talent.


    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive experience of carrying out a creative project management or traffic management role within an agency environment, ideally with campaign involvement.
    • Strong project management skills, with examples of having successfully delivered a range of creative projects which generated excellent client feedback.
    • Experience of working effectively with people – particularly in terms of briefing, estimating and efficiently managing internal studio and production resources.
    • Excellent organisational skills, including a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm, resistance and tenacity.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and when putting together written correspondence, reports and presentations.


    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
