    Job description:

    Working within the busy Customer Support team, the successful applicant will provide outstanding service and assistance to wholesale customers. This interesting and varied opportunity offers fantastic potential for career development.

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £23,000 – £25,000
    • 25 days’ annual leave (+ bank holidays)

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, working either 8.30am – 5.00pm or 7.30am – 4.00pm each day

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Handling incoming customer queries and questions
    • Providing the appropriate service or information and act as the information hub between departments.
    • Resolving customer complaints, escalating any issues that cannot be solved to management.
    • Maintaining an accurate CRM database by entering and updating client information.
    • Providing quotations and checking product availability
    • Working with external partners to book / deliver on site works.
    • Providing administrative support to the wholesale team as and when required.

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous experience in a B2B customer service administration role, ideally within an automotive, engineering, technical or manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Enjoys working in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Works productively with independence, autonomy and initiative.
    • IT proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
