    We’re recruiting for helpful and resourceful Customer Service Advisors on behalf of a well-established company based in Market Harborough. You’ll play a crucial part in the business by liaising with customers via voice and text channels to resolve their enquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.

    We’re looking for confident and friendly individuals who demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, along with a good level of IT proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Please note; due to urgent business requirements, applicants must be able to start on Monday 15th August and be available for interview beforehand.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Responding to incoming queries received via telephone and email
    • Delivering excellent service and ensuring the best outcome for the customer
    • Presenting offers and promotions to customers
    • Taking responsibility for resolving any complaints through to a positive conclusion
    • Working successfully towards quality, compliance and productivity targets
    • Keeping up to date with developments to the company’s websites, products and services

     

    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Extensive previous experience of providing friendly and helpful customer service.
    • IT proficient and able to adapt to new software quickly.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
    • Works with an enthusiastic, positive and proactive approach.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Enjoys working as part of a team.

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £20,000 – £22,000
    • 20 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)

    Hours of work:

    You’ll be working Monday to Friday, either from 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm, with an hour’s break for lunch.

    The first two weeks of the role will be based in the office, for an induction and training period.

    Thereafter, the job offers a hybrid working pattern; 3 days per week are based in the office and two days are working from home.
