    We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with strong administrative skills and a commitment to the delivery of an outstanding client experience.

    The successful candidate will join a well-reputed and successful Toy Distributor, known internationally for their well-loved brands.

    As Customer Service Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Responding to all communications from customers in a professional, courteous and timely manner
    • Receiving and accurately processing customer orders to maximise monthly sales
    • Supporting a team of sales reps in fulfilling their customer’s requests and orders
    • Verifying and validating that specific actions have been carried out satisfactorily using various software systems, portals and effective communication with external suppliers
    • Ensuring customer records are always kept up to date with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
    • Managing your own time and responsibilities to ensure you meet agreed targets and KPIs
    • Proactively reviewing and utilising business information and reports in order to achieve improved results
    • Providing reporting and supporting information, as defined by business needs and directed by management
    • May involve travel to UK exhibitions and overseas company offices


    We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator who has the following skills and experience:

    • Extensive previous experience in a similar customer service role involving administrative duties
    • Experience of dealing with both business and consumer enquiries
    • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment and with high attention to detail
    • Takes an enthusiastic and pro-active approach
    • Enjoys working in a small team environment but is also able to work autonomously without supervision
    • Strong skills in numeracy and communication (both written and verbal) along with excellent analytical and IT skills

    The role is office-based, and you will be working 8.00am – 4.00pm each day, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.


    Salary and benefits:

    • £23,000 – £25,000
