Our client, an international health based organisation who is a leader in their field, is recruiting for a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join their team.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Create content and manage LMS eLearning system inline with the training team and training strategy
  • Implement new development programmes and learning journeys and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to promote learning and development practices
  • Create learning and development material to deliver for Consultant learning and development
  • Develop training material to build capability of different Consultant levels within the business – people management soft skills and Policies and Procedures
  • Manage projects to successful and timely conclusions, providing written reports and statistical analyses as required
  • To provide statistics, data information and report on learning and development
  • To complete external research, prepare proposals for the business to look at new approaches
  • To book and liaise with providers if learning and development content needs to be outsourced
  • Be familiar with the roles across the business to enable content to be fit for purpose
  • To fully understand all aspects of a direct sales, compensation plan and Consultant ways of working to create relevant material
  • To understand and uphold all of the Company’s Policies and Procedures
  • Attend meetings and follow up on action points as required
  • Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection etc, and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook.
  • Undertake other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the jobholder that are appropriate to the grade of the job
  • You must ensure all activities relating to food safety management system are adequately resourced and that all personnel carrying out activities that have an impact on food safety are adequately trained and competent
  • You must also ensure conformance to the company’s food safety policy at all times champion good manufacturing practices and behaviour’s and ensure all designated food safety objectives are realised
  • Promote and demonstrate the company’s core values and behaviours


Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of eLearning L&D platforms
  • Ability to design and create L&D content
  • Proven experience of delivering virtual workshops
  • Able to build a rapport and show empathy
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Presentation skills in a formal setting, together with developing written skills and visual skills
  • Advanced level of IT skills especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint packages
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail



  • 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
