    Job description:

    We are currently supporting the recruitment of a Marketing Executive to join an exciting and thriving not-for-profit organisation who specialise in promoting the sustainability of the graphic communications supply chain. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies across a number of campaigns. These campaigns operate throughout Europe, North America, South America, Australia and South Africa.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to take ownership of the position, apply your own initiative ideas and work autonomously, allowing you to utilise and develop a broad range of marketing skills using traditional and digital methods.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing a £3m advertising campaign which currently reaches 30m+ people in the UK
    • Managing all aspects of the digital marketing activities including social media, SEO and Google Ads
    • Writing and collating engaging content for campaigns and websites
    • Producing regular e-newsletters to 25,000 subscribers as well as press releases, articles for industry magazines and guest blogs
    • Maintaining and developing campaign websites
    • Conducting primary research and report writing
    • Delivering value to organisation members while continuously seeking to attract new members
    • Providing website and artwork support for colleagues around the world
    • Coordinating an annual London seminar for 200 guests, as well as organising and hosting regular International and European conference calls
    • Designing marketing materials for use in print and online

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive previous practical marketing experience across the full marketing mix, including both online and offline advertising
    • Degree-qualified in a relevant marketing subject
    • Exceptional understanding of marketing communications across multi channels
    • Passionate about marketing, and keen develop knowledge and stay informed of industry trends
    • Highly organised, self-motivated and punctual
    • Confident hosting meetings and presenting
    • Creative and engaging writing skills with a meticulous eye for detail
    • Strong IT skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Experience with any of the following software and applications would be advantageous: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Google Analytics, WordPress, Salesforce

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £25,000 to £32,000
    • 20 days annual leave (+ bank holidays) – the office is closed between Christmas and New Year and this does not form part of the holiday allowance
    • A bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary is awarded annually based on KPIs being met
    • Hybrid working model – 3 Days working in the main office and 2 days working from home
    • Candidates must be prepared to work 3 days on-site
