A new opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a business, operating within the landscaping industry, based in Kibworth, Leicestershire. The client would ideally prefer a candidate from the construction industry or similar, who works with a positive, outgoing and sociable approach.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director with creation of quotations and analysis
  • Creation of sales/works order documentation from customer call-offs
  • Ensure customer sign-off has been obtained for all completed work
  • Creation of invoice packs with all supporting documentation
  • Ensure invoices are sent to the customer by the due date
  • Liaise with customers to resolve any queries
  • Ensure invoices paid on time by customers
  • Ad-hoc projects as requested by the Director
  • Purchasing of materials as required
  • Assist with health and safety administration

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Sales and/or accounts office administration experience
  • Sales order processing experience desirable
  • Educated to A-Levels & above or equivalent
  • Ideally equipped with some experience from within the construction industry, with knowledge of PQQ process
  • Fully I.T. literate, experience of using Sage Line 50 is desirable
  • Self-motivated
  • Good communicator

 

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm – can be flexible for the right candidate

 

Salary and benefits:

  • £25,000 – £32,000
  • Holiday – 20 days annually plus statutory
  • Contributory pension scheme
