    We are currently seeking applications for Reception cover based in Market Harborough starting on Thursday 25th August to and including Monday 5th September.

    As a Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors to the building so it is important that candidates have a confident telephone manner, strong verbal and written communication and previous experience either as a Receptionist or within a telephony Customer Service based role.


    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Welcoming and greeting visitors
    • Answering and transferring all incoming calls
    • Sorting the post and any incoming mail
    • Managing meeting rooms
    • Ordering stationery
    • Other general administrative duties as required


    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous experience working in a role involving reception duties or front-of-house administrative responsibilities
    • Switchboard experience
    • Accurate data entry skills, able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate with people at all levels
    • Approachable, friendly and professional
    • Good understanding of MS Office applications



    • Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch


    Salary and benefits:

    • £10.00 per hour
