    Are you a skilled clerical professional with extensive experience in business-to-business customer service coordination or account management?

    We’re excited to be recruiting a Account Managaer/Sales Administrator on behalf of a well-reputed print specialist based in Market Harborough. The successful applicant will support and deliver the sales administration and order management process, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Handling sales enquiries, generating quote requests, negotiating best prices and passing information to sales representatives
    • Account management and provision of prompt, reliable customer service to key clients
    • Raising work instructions and purchase orders
    • Generating delivery notes and processing invoices.
    • Responding to customer queries and complaints via telephone and email
    • Raising stock codes and keeping track of customer stocks
    • Filing and any other administrative duties as required.

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive experience of working in a similar role such as business-to business customer service coordination or sales administration
    • Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
    • Able to input data accurately, with excellent attention to detail
    • Sound commercial knowledge and business acumen
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with an ability to deal confidently and with diplomacy at all levels
    • Takes a self-motivated, resilient and positive approach, with an enterprising and resourceful outlook
    • Works in an organised, methodical and problem-solving manner.

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday
    • 9.00am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes’ lunch break.

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £24,000 – £26,000
    • 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
