Are you a stand-out Marketing Account Executive looking for an opportunity within a talented agency team?
We’re delighted to be recruiting a Senior Account Executive on behalf of a passionate and creative full-service marketing business based in the picturesque town of Market Harborough.
Applicants must demonstrate a flair for devising creative and engaging marketing campaigns along with the ability to build rapport with clients and a keen interest in following and understanding the latest industry trends and thinking.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Building strong client relationships, understanding clients’ needs and developing creative new ideas, concepts and campaigns to deliver them on time and to budget
- Attending and presenting in client meetings in relation to their marketing plans and activity and to discuss the business objectives and requirements of each job
- Briefing a wider team of printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, designers, web developers and marketing specialists on the client’s projects
- Undertaking market, competitor and creative reviews and reports and presenting your findings
- Interpreting and creating lessons learnt from analytics and reports
- Managing social media communities
- Planning and attending client events
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, involving taking responsibility for the delivery creative and effective marketing plans
- Strong project management skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A good knowledge of key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and personable approach
- A curious-minded, creative thinker, who enjoys pitching in ideas for campaigns and projects
- Understands the importance of taking and interpreting feedback
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Salary and benefits:
- £22,000 – £28,000
- Hybrid working
