We’re looking for a highly-skilled UX Research expert with vision and ambition to join a leading marketing services company, known for working across a wide range of high-profile brands across a diverse mix of digital platforms and product design briefs.
The successful applicant will be part of a Research & Insights team and a wider UX team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You’ll partner with the client services team, end use clients and UX design teams to identify research questions and outline goals
- Identify and recommend the best methods to answer marketing and product research questions and prioritize them according to schedule and opportunity constraints
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to form a deep understanding of user behaviours, needs and draw out detail insights to inform potential solutions
- Pulling insights gathered into a digestible and presentable format
- You will have ownership of user research across your clients
- Plan, design and lead generative and evaluative research activities using a variety of methodologies including: in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, field/ethnographic research, comparative/competitive analysis, heuristic analysis, card sorting activities, site analytics and content audits/analysis
- Become an expert in new technologies, trends, and consumer behaviours to help make marketing and product strategy recommendations
- Working closely with designers and developers to turn data into solutions
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive employment experience in a UX research role, within an agency or in-house environment
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
- Ability to think about the bigger picture – working with internal and client teams to understand technical constraints and commercial implications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to turn insights into presentational format that will make a difference to clients
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- Experience of conducting face-to-face research projects
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and tenacity;
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary and benefits:
