Job Description

We are working on behalf of an organisation who are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator to join their small but friendly finance team. This will be working in a high transactional position and previous experience within a similar environment is desirable.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Batching and coding of invoices (high volume)
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Raising and re-issuing of invoices and credits
  • Investigating and resolving queries with clients and suppliers
  • Assistance with credit control via email and telephone

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar high volume transactional environment
  • Good working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic


  • 20 - 25 hours per week (times to be confirmed but set each week)

Salary and benefits:

  • £16,000 - £18,000 (pro-rata)
  • 20 days annual holiday + 8 bank holidays
