Job Description

We are working on behalf of a growing organisation that act as a sales and marketing agent for wholesalers, manufacturers and foodservice businesses who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their small team. This role will initially be between 12 - 15 hours per week but as the company grows there is the opportunity for the hours to increase.

To be successful for this role you will need to be a self-starter who is motivated and has the ability to work independently as there may be times when you will be lone working.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing of invoices and preparation of payment runs
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Raising of invoices
  • Processing client information into Zoho CRM system and keeping records updated
  • Client research calls to establish the current information being held is correct
  • Setting up of clients into Xero accounts system
  • Typing of meeting notes
  • Responding to client emails
  • Booking appointments for the Directors

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous bookkeeping experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accountancy software
  • Knowledge of Accountancy software packages - Xero is preferable but not essential
  • A strong self-starter who is motivated and has the ability to work independently


  • 12 - 15 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
