Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant who enjoys analysing figures with excellent attention to detail. You must have a good understanding of Excel with a working knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
This is a new position within the company and will mainly be payroll, credit control and sales ledger but there will be a requirement to complete some analysis of data to assist the Company Accountant.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant and payroll
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Good working knowledge of Sage
- Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups)
- Strong attention to detail
- 3 days per week - 21 hours per week
Salary and benefits:
- Up to £22,000 (pro-rata)
- 20 days annual holiday + 8 bank holidays (pro-rata)
- Statutory pension
