Job Description

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available with an established client based in the Leicestershire area for a Client Administrator. The main aspect of this role is to provide overall administration support and quality assurance to the operational and clinical management team. Other duties may vary from time to time as and when required.

This role is for 9 months maternity cover with the prospect to go to a permanent position to follow on with the company's growth and development.

Our client is looking for the successful candidate to join their team week commencing 20th November 2017

To be successful for this vacancy, candidates must be able to commit to the duration of the contract with a view at looking at longevity.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain client filing systems for each individual client - both hard copy and electronic
  • Quality checking and audit of care planning documentation alongside the management team
  • Management of rotas, including amendments, ensuring a system where all rotas are fit for purpose and up to date
  • Ordering and coordination of all client documentation and correspondence, both incoming and outgoing
  • Assisting with queries on email and the telephone
  • Direct liaison with employees, clients and external organisations
  • General administrative duties to include photocopying, filing, incoming calls and outgoing emails
  • To act as a member of the administration team supporting colleagues as necessary and undertaking duties delegated by management staff

  • Good telephone manner
  • Extremely personable and able to empathise with sensitive situations
  • Attention to detail, grammatical accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • Proactive and motivated
  • Strong organisational skills including proven ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Exercise good judgment to know when to ask for help and advice
  • Resilient and able to work in an organisation that can be highly pressured
  • Confident with all Microsoft software packages and social media channels


  • 34 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30am to 4:30pm Friday 08:30am to 3:30pm

Salary and benefits:

  • £8.24 per hour based on a salary of £15,000
