Job Description

Our client, a niche outsourced business services and marketing agency, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager to join their growing team.

You will ideally come from a marketing or marketing agency background and have experience working the full marketing mix or working with B2C clients. The role is client facing and involves taking responsibility for your own set of client accounts, working closely with them on their marketing strategy, and associated marketing campaigns and requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for nurturing and building strong client relationships
  • Meeting with clients to brief on their requirements and make recommendations for marketing activity
  • Work with the client to develop and implement a full marketing strategy
  • Preparing all online and offline marketing campaigns, from social media and digital marketing campaigns, to PR and direct mail activities and organising exhibitions and trade shows
  • Be involved in re-branding projects, including corporate identity and updating brand guidelines
  • Work with clients regarding new website design and development projects, writing website content and copy for blogs, SEO and display advertising campaigns
  • Responsible for providing clear, detailed instructions to internal partners and external agencies
  • Tracking campaign ROI, analysing and reporting on results
  • Forecasting future project requirements

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience gained within an agency environment or full service marketing role
  • B2C experience
  • Client facing account management experience would be desirable
  • Commercial acumen
  • Creative with good copywriting skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritise
  • Highly organised and self motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
