Job Description

Can you identify (and unlock) the true potential of a CRM system by designing a stellar communications and campaign strategy? We're looking for an innovative Marketing Analyst to join an award-winning company in the entertainment, hospitality and leisure sector. Acting as the central point of contact for all CRM activity across the business, you will create and implement a market leading CRM strategy which effectively informs and delights every customer.

Based in an exciting and creative environment, you will work with a range of stakeholders to agree a campaign's purpose and targets. Using your expertise and thorough understanding of the capabilities of the CRM system, you will then transport their business requirements into technical specifications, deliver the marketing campaigns and analyse the results.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing CRM Strategy
  • Translating the business requirements of stakeholders into technical specifications
  • Profiling and targeting customers for specific campaigns, and segmenting data according to demographics
  • Develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement from CRM campaign activity by providing analysis and insights that inform and influence future activity
  • Agreeing on measurable campaign KPIs and provide tracking of these KPIs following the delivery of campaigns
  • Designing documents to collate information from various departments
  • Visit sites across the business in order to build relationships with internal stakeholders face to face
  • Liaise with different internal departments to provide consultative advice on CRM Campaigns

Skills and experience required:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a mathematical or other relevant subjects
  • Clear, proven experience of carrying out Marketing and CRM analytics, along with KPI tracking
  • Able to give examples of having designed and delivered CRM and email marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRM data protection & GDPR principles
  • Demonstrates an ability to extract business requirements from stakeholders and accurately translate into technical specifications
  • Recent work using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel including the use of Pivot Tables, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Exhibits knowledge of, or a willingness to learn about, the entertainment, hospitality and leisure industry and its related data
  • Experience of leveraging data-driven analysis to inform best practices and process improvements
  • Previous effective and clear delivery of ideas and results to colleagues in non-CRM related roles, both in writing and verbally.


  • Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexible hours)
