Job Description

A new and exciting position has become available, our client is looking for an experienced CRM Analyst. The CRM Campaign Management Analyst is the central point of contact for all CRM activity across the business. They will implement the CRM strategy which is predominantly about communicating with existing customers.

You will be working closely with a range of stakeholders they will need to understand a campaign's purpose and targets, translate business requirements into technical specifications, deliver the system set up and analyse results. They will be required to ensure a deep and full understanding of system capabilities, recommending and sponsoring development where necessary.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Full Set up of CRM Systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement from CRM campaign activity by providing analysis and insights that inform and influence future activity
  • Manage the process of agreeing measurable campaign KPIs and provision of post campaign tracking against these KPIs
  • Ability to extract business requirements from stakeholders and accurately translate into technical specifications
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and verbally
  • Design documents to collate information from departments
  • Visit sites and build relationships face to face
  • Liaise with different departments to advised on CRM Campaigns

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of systems execution of CRM campaigns and leveraging data driven research & analysis to inform best practices and process improvements
  • Experience of SugarCRM system or similar
  • Evidence of experience in CRM
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Excel and numeracy
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Good verbal and written grammar
  • Excellent attention to detail/ Highly organised
  • Driven and proactive individual
  • Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a mathematical or other relevant subject
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
  • Experience of campaign analytics and KPI tracking
  • Relationship building skills across multiple internal

Hours:

Monday - Friday Full Time 9.00am - 5.00pm
