Our client, an award winning company, is looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor, working 37.5 hours per week, to join their successful company at their prestigious offices in Market Harborough. You will be responsible for managing an existing client base.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Taking telephone calls - enquiries
- Action email enquiries
- Process telephone and email orders
- Data entry
- Liaising with Account Managers
- Provide basic Excel reports
- Assist with compiling information for their website
- Organising returns and track deliveries via UPS online
- General office duties
Skills and experience required:
- Strong customer service experience
- B2B or B2C experience
- Tenacious attribute
- Strong clear telephone manner
- A good team player
- Strong administration experience
- Organised

- Microsoft - Word, Excel and Outlook
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
