Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor. Our client, a prestigious and forward thinking company would like to hear from you.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of customer accounts on a daily basis
  • Receiving and dealing with enquiries, orders and queries via the telephone and online
  • Sending out confirmation of orders providing the customers with ETA and despatch dates for orders processed
  • Responding to customer enquiries within a timely manner and following up on the enquires making sure the customer is kept fully up to date at every stage of the enquiry or query
  • Receiving and logging customer complaints and passing them onto the relevant department for investigation
  • Provide customers with pricing information
  • Liaise with transport companies to ensure that customers receive their orders on time
  • Proactively supporting all customers by communicating and liaising with internal departments and external service providers
  • Processing of orders
  • Maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
  • Giving customers realistic timelines
  • Advising customers on available stock on product
  • Liaising with carriers
  • All other administrative support as required

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday - Rota basis

Week 1 - 8.00am - 4.30pm

Week 2 - 8.45am - 5.15pm

Week 3 - 9.30am - 6.00pm
