Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Agent. Our client, a prestigious and forward-thinking company, would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will manage the customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction by providing quick and accurate responses.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Review contract execution details and validate/activate contracts in the Information System
  • Receive customer Purchase Orders and create the Sales Orders
  • Follow-up the sales order portfolio
  • Follow-up the customer deliveries and inform customers in case of issues
  • Provide the documentation associated with deliveries
  • Manage ad-hoc invoicing: service and logistic
  • Receive, review, handle and follow-up customer requests - commercial and supply chain domain
  • Bring his / her technical expertise for standard requests: product documentation, logistic questionnaires, quality questionnaires
  • Receive the customer specifications and lead the internal coordination required to obtain what is needed; answer to the customers
  • Receive, manage and follow-up customer complaints - address the answer to customers based on SLA
  • Register contracts on the system (CICS) and follow-up on contract scheduling (outbound calls to accounts managers and customers)
  • Based on unpaid invoices provided by credit management; manage soft recovery actions (low risk and medium risk customers)

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

Salary and benefits:

  • £21,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual holiday + Bank holidays
  • Free parking
