Duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaising with key departments across the business, working efficiently as part of the sales admin team
  • Liaise with European distributors, designers and retailers
  • Support UK agents
  • Advise on products as required
  • Quoting for orders
  • Action emails
  • Process sales orders using in-house stock based system
  • Responsible for dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner

Skills and experience required:

  • Degree qualified but not essential
  • Minimum of 6 months office experience
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, have a professional telephone manner and exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel -Intermediate
  • Minimum of GCSE Level B Maths
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Interest in design would be advantageous but not essential
  • A language would be advantageous but not essential
  • Analytical and have problem solving ability
  • Team player with a high level of self-motivation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail


  • Monday to Friday - 8.30am -5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) - 40 hours per week
