Job Description

We are currently supporting our Leicestershire client with the recruitment of an experienced Digital Marketing Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stand-alone role providing an in-house marketing function to the company's overseas divisions. This role would suit a digital marketer with B2B marketing experience ideally gained within professional services and in an international context.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Set and implement social media strategy and schedule, and work with internal departments to generate content
  • Creation of content schedule and accountability for engaging team members to generate content and ideas
  • Finding cost effective ways of optimizing SEO via major search engines
  • Generating email campaigns aimed at generating new business
  • Creating and editing the monthly internal and external newsletter
  • Responsible for managing a programme of direct mail and brochure mailings
  • Daily content updates on the website
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign results, report and feedback on campaign success
  • Identify appropriate trade and associated press opportunities, devise PR and integrated advertising campaigns
  • Manage third party agency relationships with print design agencies etc. in the UK and internationally

Skills and experience required:

  • Digital marketing professional with experience working in a B2B environment, ideally within professional services
  • Sound understanding of how to optimise digital and print, direct and advertising campaigns
  • Experience of marketing to international markets
  • Varied background and experience across a range of marketing channels
  • Real passion for all areas of marketing
  • Strong creative and copy writing skills
  • Self-starter and able to work autonomously
  • Expert in social media platforms
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite ideal but not essential
