Job Description

Our client, an international health based organisation who is a leader in their field, is recruiting for a Digital Project Lead to join their fast-paced marketing communications team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing digital marketing projects and campaigns, and improving online platforms.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to deliver a range of online campaigns for UK and European markets
  • Responsible for the day to day management of online projects, resources and budgets
  • Develop project plans, and manage projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage and improve existing platforms including websites, booking sites and e-commerce site
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to effectively plan and develop projects, and allocate resource accordingly
  • Ensure all projects run to desired timescales and budgets
  • Manage risk to ensure the brand is protected
  • Support the Digital Project Manager with effective PPC campaigns
  • Create and manage engaging digital display adverts co-ordinating between the internal design team and external agencies
  • Produce monthly reports to update on progress of digital marketing projects to senior management, analyse trends and make recommendations based on visitor activity
  • Budget management; managing and tracking allocated costs, ensuring working within allocated budgets
  • Analysis of projects and campaigns via Google Analytics and other measuring tools


Skills and experience required:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Operations is highly desirable
  • Extensive digital project management experience essential
  • Experience in a similar role and in a digital environment; including knowledge of website and app builds, e-commerce, booking sites, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC and display advertising
  • Experience updating web and mobile content using CMS
  • Ability to recommend and develop content enhancements across all platforms
  • Ability to investigate website and system errors and identify solutions
  • Experience of using website reporting tools, Google Analytics qualification is desirable
  • Ability to investigate website/system errors, identify solutions, and stress test new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a good problem solver


Salary and benefits:

  • Up to £33,000 + comprehensive benefits package
