Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join an innovative and growing, award-winning independent events agency. You will be providing administrative support to Project Managers and supporting them in the preparation, planning and delivery of commercial events both in the UK and Europe.

Candidates must have corporate event experience and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This role will be 70% office based and will including international travel.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Delivering large commercial events across the UK and Europe
  • Key contributor to project creation
  • Creating and managing the event critical path and documentation
  • Regularly updating online software such as CRM, project and accounting systems
  • Budget creation and management including invoicing and reconciliation
  • Venue sourcing, transport management, food and beverage responsibilities
  • Pitches and proposals to current and prospective clients
  • Effectively coordinating project coordinators and managing suppliers
  • Contribute to operational process development
  • Regular domestic and international travel

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven corporate events project management experience with international exposure preferred (minimum 2 years)
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers
  • Basic production knowledge
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Creative yet commercial approach
  • An absolute team player

Salary and benefits:

  • Up to £20,000 dependent upon experience
  • 25 days annual holiday + 8 bank holidays
