Job Description

Our client, an independent financial services organisation with a good local reputation for high quality personal service, is seeking a Financial Services Administrator. They are looking for someone with a strong financial background to join their organisation and provide first class administration support to the advisory team and their clients.

The successful candidate will provide support including preparing and submitting applications, arranging client meetings, preparation of quote requests and valuations, report writing amongst other duties and assisting the department with client management.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently support the advisory team to enable the achievement of targets
  • Preparing information / comparisons for analysis
  • Preparing and submitting applications
  • Arranging client meetings
  • Preparation of quote requests
  • Conducting of research for appropriate providers and investments
  • Report writing
  • Client management
  • Ensuring research and compliance requirements are adhered to
  • Adhoc duties as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience of working in Financial Services (IFA) is essential
  • Holding, or currently studying towards, a Financial Services qualification (certificate / diploma) is desirable
  • Experience in client management
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong administrative skills

Salary and benefits:
