A new opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter in an award-winning company who are market leaders within their industry. This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a friendly fast paced environment.
We are looking to recruit a confident individual with excellent communication skills, specialising in the recruitment of caregivers. To be successful in this role you will need to be committed, driven, reliable and hardworking with a positive and proactive approach to work.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Working with the existing team to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing advertising routes and negotiating best deals, including sourcing local events that can be used as an advertising routes opportunity
- Being pro-active with advertising current vacancies on social media especially on Facebook
- Generating a minimum of 30 quality enquires per month leading to a minimum of 5 new recruits each month
- Responsible for new starters set up and introduction
- Processing all recruitment enquiries via various avenues (e.g. telephone, Facebook, website, recruitment, events etc)
- Checking ID and eligibility to work
- Conducting telephone interviews and follow through as appropriate
- Ensure the training environment is adequately arranged and provision is in place
- Ensure you are aware of policies and procedures relating to your role
- Completing, tracking and updating staff paperwork as required (e.g. DBS, Training, car document updates)
- Create and ensure staff paper and electronic files are kept up to date
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Any other reasonable duties as delegated by your line manager
Skills and experience required:
- Proven work experience as a recruiter (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadlines
- Familiarity with social media, especially Facebook
- Experience with scheduling and excellent PC skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Passionate about driving recruitment forward
- Pro- active in your approach
Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (must have flexibility to attend events)
Salary and benefits:
- £25,000 - £35,000
- 20 days annual holiday + 8 Bank holidays
