Job Description

A superb opportunity has arisen to join an established business based in Fleckney. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual that is highly motivated with a passion for wanting to grow and develop within a business.

This is fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to break into a commercial office environment. Extensive and continual training will be provided throughout.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and record enquires directing to the relevant person
  • Sales lead generation and fact finding calls for potential new business when required
  • Processing dispatch and inbound orders for the business, including packing and dispatch paperwork as required
  • Photo copying and other general administration duties
  • Assist sales engineers as required
  • To attend meetings with directors
  • Stock control
  • Issuing, checking and processing sales invoices
  • Raising sales orders
  • Preparing meeting rooms for training classes
  • Other general duties including - house keeping
  • As part of the role you will be asked to attend events and overnight stays is required
  • To undertake technical training to allow above duties to be fulfilled in accordance to company standards

Hours of work:

Monday to Thurs 09.00 -17.00

Friday 09.00-16.00

Over time will be required from time to time

Salary and benefits:

  • £15,000 - £16,000 depending on experience
  • Pension
  • 22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays
