Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Materials Supply Coordinator to work for a small, established and personable company based in Market Harborough. You will have a 'can do' attitude and work calmly under pressure. You will have good numeracy and IT skills to include Excel. Experience of SAGE software would be advantageous but not essential. This role will develop further as future training will be given.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery
  • Answer the telephone
  • Process orders onto SAGE
  • Preparation of order confirmations and delivery arrangements
  • Monitoring sales enquiries
  • Maintaining records through SAGE sales order processing system
  • Dealing with and resolving delivery problems and site access issues

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour for lunch) 35 hours per week
