Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a successful and well-established company based in Kibworth to support a busy team. To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of two years' experience as an administrator in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a professional telephone manner, can communicate with people at all levels, have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload.

In addition, you must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, be numerate with good attention to detail and have the initiative to work on your own and as part of a team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To support the service team with administrative support
  • General administration associated with this role
  • Answering telephone
  • Stationery ordering, filing etc.
  • Accounts Data entry
  • Monthly reports as requested
  • Mail shots
  • Correspondence and diary management
  • Incoming/outgoing post
  • Photocopying
  • Ad-hoc duties

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have two years' minimum in an administration role
  • Be ability to work effectively with in a team
  • Strong communications skills verbal and written
  • Be supportive to line managers and peers
  • Organised and pro-active
  • Able to manage a difficult workload
  • Able to take direction when needed
  • Driven and committed attituded


  • Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
