Job Description

A new and exciting position has become available, our client is looking for a candidate who is extremely organised, driven and likes to achieve results to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chairman's wife in all aspects professionally and personally.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the Chairman's wife including travel, email and extensive diary management
  • Handling and filtering all enquiries, dealing with all level of correspondence and telephone calls
  • Responsible for assisting with administration when required
  • Scheduling and organising the Chairman's wife's diary and taking responsibility for managing the day to day tasks and ensuring the prioritisation of the workload
  • Assist with drafting of emails for the Chairman's wife
  • Coordinate and prioritise charity commitments
  • Organising charity events
  • Liaise with internal and external bodies as required
  • Carrying out personal duties for the Chairman's Wife and her family.
  • Ad-hoc duties

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong PA experience minimum of 2 years
  • Good typing skills with the ability to use your initiative and work independently
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Excel and numeracy; PowerPoint and strong Word skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills with excellent communication and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Good verbal and written grammar
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Driven and proactive individual
  • Highly organised
  • Diplomatic approach
  • Must be a driver as this role is based over three areas Rutland to Wellingborough area
