Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and varied position which will utilise your PA skills? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills? If so our client, an established and successful company based in Lutterworth, would like to hear from you. The suitable candidate will have experience of working in the legal or property management sector.

Duties and responsibilities:

These duties are non-exhaustive

  • Provide administration support for two commercial Directors
  • Manage diaries with flexibility and problem-solving skills to adjust and prioritise schedules based on last minute changes
  • Determine which information and preparation is required for impending engagements and proactively ensure this is in place in advance
  • Manage emails; reply, action and filter as appropriate
  • Meet and greet clients - organise and provide lunch and refreshments
  • Act as the first point of contact; manage phone calls and enquiries by filtering and redirecting as appropriate
  • Liaise with people across the business including Directors, customers and suppliers
  • Organise internal and external events
  • Raise purchase orders and authorise invoices within authorised sign-off limits
  • Maintain office systems including data management and filing

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 3 years' PA experience in a commercially focused role is essential
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Proficient in digital audio typing
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Have the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Have a flexible approach to work priorities

Salary and benefits:

  • Circa £30k
