Job Description

We are currently working with a professional, well established and highly successful client based in Lutterworth who are looking to appoint a highly skilled PA to support two Senior members within their team. To be successful for this role you will have a proven background of working at PA level and be able to demonstrate the skills necessary to assist with the daily support and efficiencies required in a demanding PA role. Successful candidates will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to manage many changing priorities whilst working to the highest levels of efficiency in the role. Previous experience of working within the Legal or property management sector would be advantageous for this role.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management utilising both initiative and strong problem-solving skills to adjust and prioritise schedules as required
  • Determine what information and preparation is required for impending engagements and proactively ensure this is in place in advance
  • Manage emails; reply, action and filter as appropriate
  • Audio typing of various correspondence such as cover letters, reports and documentation carried out by dictation
  • Meeting and greeting clients, organising lunch and refreshments for scheduled meetings
  • Acting as the first point of contact; managing phone calls and enquiries by filtering and redirecting as appropriate
  • Liaising with people across the business including Company Directors and all external clients
  • Organise internal and external events as required by the business
  • Raise purchase orders and authorise invoices within authorised sign-off limits
  • Maintain office systems including data management and uploading of required documents onto the internal systems

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 3 years' PA experience in a commercially focused role is essential
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Proficient in digital audio typing
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Have a flexible approach to work priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure
