Job Description

Our client is an international manufacturing company who have been established since 1992. They are now one of the major suppliers within their industry, offering a high-quality product to their customers both in the UK and overseas.

Due to ongoing success and company growth, they are looking to expand their sales team, creating the opportunity for a successful Sales Executive to play a major part in growing the business.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact between business and client
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing accounts
  • Dealing with both UK and overseas sales enquiries
  • Seeking new business and cold calling prospective customers
  • Maintain and develop existing customer and distributor relationships
  • Meet with clients on site in order to sell the product and develop professional relationships
  • Take on and grow your geographical territory given by the General Sales Manager
  • Working to KPI's and targets set by the General Sales Manager

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have a full driving licence
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B sales role with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Experienced in using all Microsoft packages
  • Must be confident in cold calling and meeting with clients face to face
  • Ambitious, hardworking and driven
  • Professional and approachable

Salary and benefits:

  • £24,000 per annum plus a quarterly and annual bonus scheme
