Job Description

Working on behalf of a forward thinking and highly skilled service provider who provide personal and professional development, career support and financial assistance to a range of their members; you will form an integral part of the Relationship Development Team providing administrative support to the team responsible for the strategic partnership.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills, will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to work on your own initiative. You will need to have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. This role requires a good working knowledge of CRM systems including inputting and retrieval of information together with excellent attention to detail, accuracy and standard of English with good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide first class administrative support to the Relationship Development Team
  • To provide administrative support to enable the effective co-ordination and delivery of events and engagement activity
  • Ensure relevant data is inputted and kept up-to-date to allow for effective relationship development reporting, monitoring and evaluation across all activities, this will involve data inputting and exporting
  • Preparation and processing of accurate purchase orders and invoicing in line with the company authorisation process
  • To accurately record on engagement activity and post event evaluation, collation of post event feedback
  • Effective data input to support the reporting mechanisms in place for the Relationship Development Team
  • Collation and logging of positive feedback received from key stakeholders on the organisations of our joint events and meetings
  • To provide support for national and international engagement activities
  • To organise the collation and transportation of the company's collateral to all events and engagement initiatives
  • To assist with the booking of travel and hotel arrangements for the company's champions and staff as appropriate along with diary coordination
  • To provide administrative support around the delivery of branded wellbeing events
  • To partake in telephone shifts as required
  • To support the Events Officer and Relationship Development Officer as required

  • Full time hours based on a 35 hour working week - Monday to Friday
  • Part time hours will be considered for this position

Salary and benefits:
