Job Description

Our client is an established and successful company based in Kettering. They have been established over 30 years and so this is an excellent opportunity to join a financially secure company. A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator to join their friendly office team. We are working with our client to recruit a driven, enthusiastic and confident individual in an outbound telemarketing role. The ideal candidate will have a confident telephone manner and be comfortable making warm outbound calls to lapsed, existing and prospective clients daily. Telemarketing experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Create qualified leads, through proactive outbound calling activity
  • Setting of appointments for Sales manager to attend
  • Attend regular meetings with Sales Manager
  • Drive high value opportunities. Ensure that sufficient quantitative and qualitative research has been completed with prospects to drive higher value sales conversations and lead generation.
  • Maintain OPERA accounts system with up to date information
  • Answer incoming calls and action emails accordingly
  • Deal with enquiries
  • Quoting prices
  • Processing of orders
  • Chasing PODs
  • Diary management
  • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a professional manner always and in line with the Company's values.

Working hours:

9.00am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri (1 hour for lunch)

Salary and benefits:

  • £18,000 + Bonus scheme
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
