Job Description

Are you looking for an interesting, rewarding and varied position which will utilise your strong administration skills? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills? Our client, based near to Lutterworth, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior administrator ideally with a minimum of 2 years' experience of working within a fast paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support within the Human Resources Department
  • Liaise with all departments
  • Responsible for key HR processes for starters, leavers, changes in to the systems
  • Support and maintain database including inputting data, to assist the running of the business
  • Keep employee records up to date
  • General HR and training record administration, ensuring HR systems and paper records are kept up to date
  • Reviewing all HR related stats and processing in to pivot tables
  • Manipulate date and produces graphs
