Job Description

Our client, based in Coventry, is a leading name in technology and looking to recruit a Spare Parts Administrator. Working in a busy helpdesk environment you will be working as part of a team where you will be the first point of call for both customers and engineers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Spare parts quotation
  • Issuing order confirmation
  • Preparing spare parts
  • Customer service
  • Using Internal scheduling systems
  • Ordering and matching parts
  • Administration duties

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experiences of dealing with engineers
  • Must come from an engineering background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a conscientious team player with a high level of self-motivation
  • Accuracy, good attention to detail and be conversant with Microsoft Office packages
  • Analytical and have problem solving ability
  • Strong clear telephone manner
  • A good team player


  • Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm with 1-hour lunch break (must be flexible with working hours)

Salary and benefits:

  • £21,000 - £23,000
  • Pension
  • Life Assurance 4 times basic salary
  • BUPA for individuals after six months service
