Our client based in Aylestone is an independent, British business operating under a number of established and exciting brands.
We are currently recruiting for a Scanning Administrator with some basic HR knowledge / experience to join them on a part time, temporary basis for approximately two weeks cover.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing personnel files onto the new HR system.
- Ensuring all information is up to date.
- Requesting and identifying any issues or missing information and flagging these to the HR Manager.
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Skills and experience required:
- Some previous basic HR experience
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional and discrete
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays 9.00am – 5.00pm
Salary and benefits:
- £10 per hour
