At Vanilla, we have a passion for helping people transform their lives and their businesses by delivering a unique recruitment service. This was true when we set up as a recruitment agency back in 2005 and we still stand by this today.

We are proud to be an independent recruitment agency and we have built our reputation on the quality of the service we provide. We do this through developing relationships and gaining an in-depth understanding of our clients needs, so we work with you to help you achieve exactly what you want.

We are truly passionate about recruitment and the positive impact it can have on people’s lives and businesses.

Vanilla recruit predominantly across the East Midlands covering Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland and the surrounding areas.

Vanilla Recruitment Market Harborough is our HQ but some of our specialisms are UK wide, because of the niche business areas they work within.
