Our MD Eloise had been managing successful recruitment teams for many years when she realised that corporate recruitment had become less about the people and businesses involved, and more like a numbers game.
She was confident that there was a better way, so in 2005 she took the leap and created Vanilla Recruitment. Since then, Vanilla has grown organically year on year. From starting out offering only generalist office recruitment, to now having a unified team delivering unique recruitment solutions across 5 specialist disciplines: Sales, Marketing, Accountancy & Finance, HR, Office.

Vanilla recruit predominantly across the East Midlands covering Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland and the surrounding areas. Vanilla Recruitment Market Harborough is our HQ but some of our specialisms are UK wide, because of the niche business areas they work within.

The big picture – our mission, vision and values
The impact of your job on your life is huge. The majority of us spend more of our time at work than any other place. We also know how much time and money is invested in employees, and how a business is only as good as the people within it.
With this in mind, we sat down as a team and discussed our role as recruiters in great detail. What are the expectations and the unique wants and needs of the client, the business owner, the manager; or the candidate, the jobseeker and the person looking for work for a multitude of reasons absolutely unique to themselves.
Our mission, vision and values are the reason we do this and at the core of everything we do here at Vanilla. We want to work with people who share our values, so when you work with us these Vanilla values will form the basis of our hopefully long and successful partnership together.
